Idrac is a usability and eye tracking research and consulting firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Founded in 2009, we are the first consultancy to offer specialist eye tracking research and professional usability and accessibility services in the Middle East. We are dedicated to helping clients obtain and act on user insight.

We are team of highly skilled consultants who specialize in human-computer interaction, user research and design. We are independent User Experience (UX) consultants; we provide un-biased evaluations of products (we do not develop products or web sites and thus do not have vested interests in particular solutions).

Services include usability evaluations, accessibility evaluations, and eye tracking research. We work with a variety of clients in industry and academia in both public and private sectors, and products including web sites, interactive applications, mobile devices, and print media. We run state-of-the-art testing facilities in our offices; our equipment is also portable and can be set-up in your organization for on-site contextual user research.
